Half Day Island Coach Tour

Our Half Day Orientation Tour is a must for every visitor! It is one of the most comprehensive day tours on Norfolk Island.

On this tour, we take you to some of our key historic areas, including Kingston, Cascade and Longridge. This is your chance to learn all about the fascinating history of Norfolk Island. See the famous convict buildings for yourself and enjoy the stories told in the full commentary as you visit each new place.

Take in the amazing views from the lookouts, where you’ll get to enjoy our beautiful beaches in all their glory. Learn about Norfolk Island government, laws and of course our unique lifestyle.

Some of the highlights include the renowned Melanesian Chapel and a visit to the grounds of an old island home - where you will be served morning or afternoon tea.


Pitcairn Settlers Village

Experience the proud history of the Pitcairn Island Settlers. Your guided tour will include, the gracious original Bailey homestead & gardens, a stroll through the barn, dairy and out-buildings, a museum filled with items of nostalgic and historic interest, the oldest working forge in the Pacific, an ex-New Zealand Army hut, with war-time memorabilia, an exclusive film of Norfolk Island interest and complimentary refreshments


Museum Pass

The Norfolk Island Museum reveals to you Norfolk's amazing and multi-layered stories. Famous for its colourful history, the island was first settled by Polynesians, then in 1788 by the British who later made it a convict hellhole. Since 1856 it has been home to the descendants of the Bounty mutineers

Norfolk Island Botanical Gardens

The Discovery Centre brings the outdoors indoors. An elegant wooden walkway leads to a rooftop viewing area where you will get a fantastic view of Norfolk’s vibrant green landscape including the iconic Norfolk Island pines.


Fletchers Cyclorama

Fletcher’s Mutiny Cyclorama is an amazing 360° painting offers a unique way to experience the history of the Bounty adventures and discover how the world’s most famous mutiny created the Pitcairn and Norfolk Island communities.

Tag-a-Long Tour

The Museum has two guided Tag-A-Long tours. These tours include a guided journey behind the scenes, to reveal additional stories from the museum collection and Norfolk's history.


Progressive Dinner

If you are looking for an experience that gives you a first hand insight into Norfolk Island living, the Progressive Dinner is a must. You will join a group of other Norfolk Island visitors to enjoy a 3-course meal, progressing to different Norfolk Island family homes.

Each home has been carefully selected - and each dinner host has a sensational story to tell. You will hear all about their family’s history and day to day life.

Breakfast Bush Walk

The walk starts with a choice of a 1.5km stroll through Palm Glen Reserve or for the more energetic, a leisurely 3.5km walk through scenic Mt. Bates to Captain Cook Monument. At the end of the walks we meet on the clifftop for a delicious breakfast barbecue. (These walks are not recommended to anyone with medical conditions).
