The family run farm at picturesque Anson Bay. The Norfolk Island Cottage Pottery has been in operation since 1974. Ceramic Artists Steve and Alison Ryves will take you on a tour of the pottery, explain the process and provide a throwing demonstration. Explore their gallery of handmade functional and decorative wares thrown from stoneware and porcelain. From here Zach and Emily, owners of The Hilli Goat will meet you and take you on a tour of the farm and cheese making facilities.

 

Meet adorable, affectionate goats while Emily talks about the Norfolk Whey. Emily will cover farming and cheese making on Norfolk, the business and all things goats and family. Living seasonally, organically and sustainably is the way of life on Norfolk Island rather than a lifestyle choice. Zach and Emily invite you into our family home to conclude the tour. Here you will indulge in all the fresh goodness of the farm. Hilli Goat cheeses, homemade breads, dips and chutneys and whatever goodies are picked fresh that day. Drinks include Tea, Coffee and refreshments.
